Firefighters were called out to mile 76 of the Sterling Highway on a fully involved tow truck fire in May, 2006. On arrival firefighters found a tow truck, towing another vehicle, burning on the side of the highway. No one was injured, the tow truck was destroyed, but the vehicle being towed came through the incident unharmed. |
